Manufacturing technology
The manufacturing technology team receives products developed by the R&D institute and performs tests for reliability, mass production, follow-up, export, and modification for each model and buyer.
Members of the manufacturing technology team are competitive and experienced in performance design and structure design, and involved in structure modification related to production line and quality and reliability improvement.
Accordingly, the team is equipped with multiple constant temperature and humidity chambers to inspect reliability, and thermal cycle lab and door opening equipment to test conditions that can occur on the field in advance, as well as a system that enables mass production. In addition, the team obtained Energy Star from the US, ISO from Europe, and KTL from South Korea, and can quickly respond to certificate-related issues through close cooperation with certification authorities.
Through domestic and overseas benchmarking, we are producing various products including industrial fridges, dish dryer, heating cabinet, fan heater, multi-purpose dryer, and low temperature storage dryer, with the effort and technology to create the best products in the world.
